The work of the design and architectural duo Angyal-Fabbro embellished the city centre with its facade in 1929.
The Linden House was a continuation of the Schittar and Milcenich-Cerniak houses on Rijeka’s Korzo not only thanks to its neighbouring position, but to its picturesque facade as well.
The lower part of the narrow building was in the past and remains so today a business area with a number of shops, while the floors above it are residential. It attracts the views of Korzo passengers with its geometric decorations which point to Art Deco.
