Parties and visits *
I am aware that the apartment is intended exclusively for rest and a pleasant stay of guests and that parties, gatherings and similar activities are strictly prohibited, as well as the arrival of other persons who are not listed in this questionnaire (except in agreement with the host).

Quiet hours *
I am aware that after 10 pm noise, shouting, turning up the TV... or any other loud activity that would disturb other guests or neighbors in the building is not allowed

Alcohol, smoking and opiate consumption *
I am aware that smoking in the apartment and the use of opiates, as well as the consumption of alcohol for persons under the age of 18, are strictly prohibited.

Information on video surveillance of corridors (common rooms) *
By confirming this section, I declare that I am aware of the fact that in the common areas (common corridor and entrance to the apartment) there is a video surveillance system that records all activities from 00-24h, as a legitimate interest of the host for the purpose of protecting people and property.

In case any of the above does not suit you, let us know and we will immediately cancel your reservation with a full refund.
