The Milkmaid’s Path – second section, from Trsat to Orehovica, 2.5 km long, was opened in 2012 and is somewhat more demanding for walkers. It starts from the youth hall and ends at Orehovica where the path can be continued along the Rječina canyon, to visit the centre of the town or climb the Milkmaid’s Path to Hrastenica and further on to Maršić in the municipality of Čavle. The substages feature marked names of indigenous littoral vegetation.
